To receive food: Need to bring a piece of mail or utility bill with current address on it each time you go. The first time you sign up, bring a photo identification and proof of income. Distribution times – are every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 10 am. – noon; any other Thursday of the month the pickup time is 5-7 p.m.
NOTE: You may be eligible to receive additional benefits. For information about SNAP/food stamps or TANF/cash assistance: Contact Just Harvest Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 412-431-8960 x 602 and leave a message. Your call will be returned with 48 hours.
The emergency assistance application for additional benefits is available online www.compass.state.pa.us. Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, May 11 through June 12 or until funds are expended.

Unemployment Compensation
Workers that are unable to work because of COVID-19 may be eligible for UC benefits or WC benefits. The following information is now available on the state’s website:
You may be eligible if:
- Your employer temporarily closes or goes out of business because of COVID-19
- Your employer reduces your hours because of COVID-19
- You have been told not to work because your employer feels you might get or spread COVID-19
- You have been told to quarantine or self-isolate, or live/work in a county under government-recommended mitigation efforts

- Online – it’s the fastest and easiest way to get started
Important info:
- If you are eligible for UC, you will receive two approval letters and a four-digit PIN
- Your PIN will arrive in the U.S. mail – keep it in a safe, easy to remember place
- If approved, your first benefit payment should arrive within four weeks of filing for UC
